Yes, it was certainly a good move by "GK" - "Fluke" knows his stuff and can answer a lot of questions (as well as moderate) when "GK" is not around.

IMHO a good moderator and a good moderation are extremly important for a community.
(some people left forums (like the german Blitz-forum), because there was a lack of (good) moderation)
